All sales are final.
Should you wish to make any alterations to your LeRocs fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out and email us here. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT LEROCS JEWELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF ANY FUNDS, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR ANY OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE USE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR OTHER SITES; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY YOU MAY ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
Any promotions offered by LeRocs Jewels will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. LeRocs Jewels reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, LeRocs Jewels has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
